I also have the VM 1000 system and also routinely have 8 - 10% higher
indicated than actual usage. I, also "fake" the system to stop the "low
fuel" alarm. I called vms and was told they can do nothing about it but that
I might contact the sensor people to try another sending unit that might be
better. I'm just living with it, but didn't realize others were having the
same problem.
Any suggested solutions would be welcome.
