Regards the VM1000 issue,  I do not have the problems stated by other
postings.  I did however use shielded wire for the fuel probes and ran the
fuel tank wire leads away from high amperage leads. In fact the 4 guage and
8 guage wires are not bundled in any harnesses but run separately and
twisted where possible.
