Is this a local acceptance or something in writing from HQ ??  Recently
tested a 360 with Lycoming/MT and the owner was given 40 hrs.

Can the EAA give us anything in writing so we can avoid "(the over zealous

proved the charges to be invalid, it cost us $500.00 for the lawyer, and a
letter in my file telling me not to violate FAR's.
