I'm from the fagowee indian tribe - I'll tell you if you call but yes
it will make a diff .What you should do is make up the diff. in the up
travel area and keep the flaps the same as they travel the down position .
Does this make sense to you . If you study the flap travel you will note that
the flap will go back For some distance before it goes down and in the
travel back area is where you wil have one out further than the other and
that will make the least problems for you . I had the pic's in the old fast
packs of how to build a flap system from scratch and Lancair copied it but
still didn't get it right . Have a great week bill
