Does anyone have any ballpark figures on the differences in the installed
weight of a Cont. IO 550 VS. TSIO 550 VS. Lyc. IO 540? I realize there can
be quite a difference between different models of the same engine but I've
been told that the Lyc. IO 540 will in general, weigh about 100lbs. more
than the Cont. IO 550. I've also been told that the TSIO 550 will weigh
about 150 lbs. more than the IO 550. Are these estimates anywhere close to
right?
