Gentlemen,
I am building a L-IV-P and putting the SFS EFIS 2000 in it. My setup is
12V, and SFS has no problems with that.
Also, I have been flying with headsets, Inc inserts for three years.
The work great, but I made a change. I bought a small Radio Shack
project box and parts to allow me two 9V batteries and an A/B switch. If
one goes flat in flight, I just flip the switch. After landing, I throw
out the dead one, move B to A, and put a new battery in B. That way I
always fly on A. I never get two dead batteries at once, and I don't
have to figure out how to change batteries in flight.
