I expect delivery of my system (EFIS 2000 2 screens) next week for my IVP. I have flown the system numerous times as it was developed and I can attest to the fact that it is ahead of the technology available to the commercial fleet, and it looks as if it will stay in the lead for awhile. The system appears to be very reliable (suggest you download the Lightning Strike and severe turbulence video from SFS!!!! if you want to see something unbelievable!!!) and is a true dream to fly. The SFS team is very healthy financially from what I can tell, and if they continue to meet the promises they make, there is every expectation that they'll be around for a long time.
