Hi Gary

For a cheap alternative you can take all your alu parts to the local prop
shop. They are almost always setup to anodize in either black or gray.

There is two types of anodizing where the distance penetrated into the metal
is of main concern. Prop shops "usually" does it the right way, and mostly
for a song !!
