I have at least the door skins and some of the
hardware. I have a 1999 IVP kit that I upgraded to a factory fast build
door around 2004. I DON'T remember how much I needed to send back to
the factory as part of the purchase though. I seems there were some items
they gave me credit for if I shipped them back. If you desire, I can look
through my inventory or maybe someone else on the list can recall what the
factory required to be returned for a factory "fast build" upgrade.
