Dan:  If no one else has brought this to your attention, the document the FAA
is looking for is the "Operating Limitations" letter that is offically a part
of your "airworthiness certificate".  There is a line on the certificate that
says " Operating Limitations dated xx/xx/xxxx are a part of this certificate"
.  These were issued to the original owner/operator and must be attached to
be valid.  Contact the DAR or FAA office where it was certified for a copy.  
Don't fly without it.
