There are many 360s = out there not cooling as well as they should.  So even if it is 'norma= l', it may not be desirable.
Are the values you listed peak or moment= ary, or are they sustained or average values in the climb.  Also, what= is the elevation at take-off  and OAT.  Are these values fr= om the first takeoff of the day or after a short stop somewhere with e= verything still hot.  Perhaps a better&n= bsp;evaluation could be made at a steady state point of wide open throttle = cruise leaned for best power.
