According to Davtron, you can cut their prewired probe wire and install a simple connector, eg molex, add all the wire you need (down to #30 if you wish) and it will still give an accurate readings. Mine is installed and gives accurate readings, with two molex connectors in line and about 8 feet of #22 tefzel added to allow connection to the probe at the aileron bellcrank inspection panel.
