There have been numerous reports such as yours concerning the lnc2. My 360 behaves much the same as yours if I don't manage it like gray hawk describes below. If you are breaking in your engine you have to stay as cool as possible to ensure good ring seating. Flying light helps somewhat, but by far the most effective method I have found is to reduce rmp and power after 700-1000 agl to 24/2400 until I get to 3500 MSL or so, then I increase rpm to anywhere between 2500 and 2600 depending on temps and maintain 24inches as long as I can in the climb. I do not climb at less than 125 but prefer 135 kts. The engine will make a lot of heat at sea level with 100% rated power, reducing the output (consistent with attitude and safety) makes an enormous difference that will help preserve your investment
I have an IO360 with plenum and 4 inch inlets and cowl flaps, which, in cruise ROP produces temps in the 360 to 370 range. LOP I normally see 300 to 330. I can't confirm this but some say lycoming jugs run up to 20 degrees cooler than ECIs

Also consider that the LNC2 cooling air intakes are less efficient at
higher angles of attack. Until you completely understand why the engine
cooling is not good enough, consider climb outs at 135-140 KIAS and, when above
700 feet AGL, reduce RPM to 2600 while maintaining Wide Open
Throttle.
