I would use the Nylaflow that came with the kit.  However, I straightened out the tubing path with little resulting resistance to cable movement.

LNC2 builders: If you could do it over, would you use ¼” nylaflow tubing for the rudder cable guide tubing instead of the 3/16” tubing that came with the kit?
