Angier,
Here it is rotated.
This chart is why I asked if you had measured FFs with RPM and
MAP.
As far as LOP, after a year or so your warranty is gone anyway. A
properly instrumented engine with injectors balanced (such as by using the GAMI
lean tests), I.E. each cylinder delivering the same HP at less than 75% power
should not be a problem operating LOP. Gee, I operated my 320 often LOP
for many years and no burned anything. Perhaps the statement was made by
the same people that believe operating 30F to 50F ROP is just fine............
now there is an engine destroyer by operating at max cylinder pressures.
Or, maybe they make it a general rule since so many carbureted spam cans didn't
have but one EGT and you couldn't tell how the cylinders were operating relative
to one another.
Enjoy,
Grayhawk
PS Good luck on converting 100LL pounds per hour to gallons per hour as
measured by FF. Oh, what the hell, use 6#/gal.

This
data was sent to me today from one of the Lycoming technical folks. An
improvement over trying to
interpret the graphs in their Operator Manual. I
was unable to rotate and save it.
It finally dawned on me that FT-Full
Throttle!
Interestingly, Lycoming stated that operating their engines lean
of peak would VOID their warranty!
