FYI, I used a company located in CT, Aircraft Engravers:
http://www.engravers.net/fuelcaps/fuel_caps.htm
They charged me $20 per cap.
Rob, on my caps, I simply spent an afternoon wet sanding the fuel caps using
1,500 grit, then 2,000 grit wet sandpaper. Then, I used rubbing compound to
buff the fuel caps. I occasionally use metal polish to keep the shine.
<<What are the tank capacities for a Lancair 320/360 with the standard header
tank and non-extended wing tanks? (yes, I'm a dinosaur...) The manual
suggests 11 gallons in the header tank and 15.5 in each wing. Funny, I don't
remember seeing those numbers on any of the planes at Oshkosh...>>
On N360ZR: Header = 10.6 gallons, Wings = 16 gallons @
