I think all the Legacy buil= ders could benefit from a copy of your editable POH. I have the bound versi= on but I hesitate marking up and messing it up. If you can FTP your POH to = a site I'd like to download it.

I have the Legacy POH in both = Word and PDF format. The Word format version suffers from some format= ting problems but needs to be edited anyway for your own plane. =

I also have a copy which I edited for my plane. You can have that as= well - although it is specific to my plane.

Unfortunately, the size = of the files is greater than my email will transmit so:

1) &nbs= p; If you send me a thumb drive = I can copy it to the drive and send it back (please send postage paid retur= n envelope)

Unless the PDF files you are in= tending to post on the website are 100% editable, then, given that it would= be rare for any Lancair to be identical in every respect, doesn't it make = sense for the manuals to be available in something like Word. Each owner ca= n then complete / modify the Lancair supplied manuals such that they are a = correct and accurate representation of each aircraft =E2=80=93 that after a= ll would be consistent with the last words in the manual Lancair issued to = me which are "HAPPY FLYING & KEEP IT SAFE".=
