I decided that the cleanest way to leave the pressure vessel is a
fitting. But in your case it is probably too late for this. One option
in your case might be a pile of silicone. You might want to secure the
lines with a clamp before they go in the silicone to prevent that they
work themself loose.

I'm attempting to button up the pressure vessel in preparation for first
pressurization. These two photos are of boxes to seal off the aft spars
where they enter the cockpit just in front of the rear seat on the
floor.
Any thoughts on a good way to seal off these fuel lines?
