THe fuselage, is as it was when I picked it up at the Lancair plant in Redmond, OR; fast build with the wing stub attached. The canopy is as it came from the factory. I have the tilt and slide forward mounts. The question is: how do I evaluate separating the fuselage and canopy from the possibility of a tax deduction that comes with the whole kit, AND, how much can I get from the remaining parts. Unanswerable unless one has experience in parting out a Lancair 320/360 unfinished plane kit. You have any advice?

I don't have anything to offer regarding donations, but if
anyone is parting out a 235 or 320, I have a non-aviation use for the fuselage
and canopy. The aircraft does not have to be airworthy, and even substantially
damaged is fine.

Anyone have experience, good or bad, with donating a Lancair
320/360 kit to a tax deductible non-profit OR sell parts
piece-by-piece?
