Bill,
Thanks no hurry, I did buy JPI's sender as I needed one, mine went south, showed like 350 on the oil. It would read normal when cold until it got to about 180 then spike to 350 or so. Kinda gave me a scare the first time but I new I woud be on fire for that kind of reading. Other wise the VM1000 has worked perfectly, wouldn't fly without it. Just hope we can keep them working at a reasonable cost.

Steve
I have located another source and will explore further. I will get back to you.
Thanks Bill, I had already talked to Reggie and he's all packed-up. he's heading overseas for a while and all his parts are boxed up. He sells them at the same cost as JPI. He has been a good source for the VM 1000. We are on our own for a while or buy from JPI.
thanks again

Steve:
I dont know but like the fuel pressure sender, oil temp is oil temp.
I am sure that you could find a replacement but the wiring (voltage) has to be compatable.

Just wanted to let the list know that the Fuel Pressure Transducer from Digikey,
for use with the VM-1000 Engine Moniter used with a TSIO 550E engine, works
perfectly and yes, I reversed the green and white wires per previous instructions.
If anyone needs the specifics on the transducer, although previously mentioned
on the list, I will be happy to provide them.
