Thank you for this advice – why does the fuel need to cool down before turning off the high boost?

We recommend using high boost on each climb through 10k. Leave the boost pump on for AT LEAST 30 minutes after reaching cruise until the fuel in the tanks has a chance to cool. It will not hurt the pump as they are designed to run continuously.
