The only question I had was how to handle the nose gear bearings that are mounted to the firewall. I don't know how to deal with those, if at all. You could consider a plate between the crankshaft flange and the prop.  However, that might change the dynamic vibration and its harmonics?  Seek advice from Hartzell.
 
Can the rear of the spinner be shaved without reducing structural integrity?
