"Does anyone have a 3-position flap circuit that can be shared?"

You might want to take a look at Dan Schaefers set & forget flap control system. I went down that road and simplified the system even more, eliminating the flap actuator limit switches and some wiring. It is a very tidy installation with a mechanical feedback and only the two original flap relays plus two micro switches.

Dan´s drawing is in the archives under "Panels & Controls". If you are interested in the simplified circuitry, I will happily sketch it out for you and send some photos.
