If you use DeSoto CA7870 you can cover your wings with it and the charge will move back to the wicks.  Just make sure your wicks connect well with this layer in your paint.

I don't know what that comes out to in total weight since my plane is carbon.  I had only limited glass to cover.

Obviously, there is no where to connect them on the wings as these are all fiberglass and can't conduct a path to the static wicks.
