Did you mean you are okay with certified efis and no spinning mass? 

Or did you mean you must have certified efis AND spinning mass?

As a developer of certified PFDs, MFD, ADAHRS, MSUs, etc. I agree with Michael.

If you plan to fly IMC without a spinning mass backup OR a certified EFIS then you are "Dead Man Flying".

I have destroyed too much equipment during per-qualification testing of certified equipment and have done too many post crash analysis for the NTSB to have any other opinion.
