Verrrry Interrrrresting!
In my IO320 I just plugged in the following:
I used elev=700 (my airport), TOW=1600, GW=1800, Temp=32, SL TO=78 (I also
lift off at about 80 KIAS), HP=170, PROP EFF=.8 and at 80 KIAS I get 1381
ft for the TO distance and I think that is pretty close. It also
claims it would take me 19 seconds to get there and I think that is much
less in reality but I will time it on the next TO. I do a slow application
of power on the TO roll to avoid veering left.
