If you are running the aux pump on shut down, that would cause it. It is real easy to test the diaphragm......if you did it right, you leave the mixture in idle cut off and turn on the pump......if it leaks out of the impact tubes it is a bad diaphragm. The other thing it that the fuel spider on top of the engine is springloaded, so that when pressure stops it shuts off the fuel completely. If that is messed up , it will continue to flow fuel to the cylinders........engine usually keeps running for a few seconds after mixture is pulled to cut off......

I have an IO-360, with a forward facing RSA-5 fuel servo (90 degree bend from airflow performance).  After doing a few initial runs, I'm getting significant fuel pooling/coming out of the front of the fuel servo on shut down (1,000 rpm) using the Idle cut-off.  I've had it tested and it's not the diaphragm.  Has anyone else experienced this?

Thanks
Doug
