If you are running the aux pump on shut down, that would cause it. It is re=
al easy to test the diaphragm......if you did it right, you leave the mixtu=
re in idle cut off and turn on the pump......if it leaks out of the impact =
tubes it is a bad diaphragm. The other thing it that the fuel spider on top=
 of the engine is springloaded, so that when pressure stops it shuts off th=
e fuel completely. If that is messed up , it will continue to flow fuel to =
the cylinders........engine usually keeps running for a few seconds after m=
ixture is pulled to cut off......
