Does anyone have a list (or know of one) that specifies what external
placards are "required" on a IV-P.  Does each item such as static port,
fuel drain, etc. need a placard (i.e. - "Drain before first flight" etc.)?
What about "No push" and "No Step"?  Are these "advisory" or "mandatory?"
