The Loran in my 235 is unreliable after about 30 minutes of flt. Everything
(ground, etc) checks good. My #1 mech thinks it's static electricity from
air friction on the skin & canopy. Has that been a problem? Will static

[If you'd like to get more informed about the realities of static wicks,
the information presented on Bill Maddox's website is quite extensive. Go
to http://www.aero-options.com and check out the static wicks pages
as well as the FAQs... lots of interesting info there.
