I have just finished working with the painters for one month to finish
N94RJ, a 360.  I have learned some lessons therefrom.

When block sanding, make sure you inspect each and every remaining black
spot mechanically for depressions.  Use a precision blade exacto
knife.  Some minor depressions can be filled with primer others require
glazing putty.  If after you are through painting and clear coating you
still find pinholes; you can glaze with white putty and/or dab an ever so
small drop of PPG single stage color.  Lightly sand with 2000 grit.  What
will remain will be an ever so small circle line where the clear meets the
single stage but it would be less noticeable than a pinhole because the
shadow is missing. Polish as normal by hand.

Do not use any form of silicone based wax, ever,  It requires more
maintenance but you will not have any future troubles with touch up
painting.  Use a breathable polish, the kind recommended by painters.  It
is extremely difficult to remove silicone and touch up painting will be
near impossible as explained above.

I cannot believe it took about 6000 hours to build this plane.  My how the
time flies when you are having fun.

See you at Arlington and possibly OsKosh.
