BAD CHOICE. Then invested in EPS - we bought out Enginair and tried to pick up the pieces. BAD CHOICE. After that folded I partnered up with another EPS investor and we tried to build our own V8 app's with our own expert. BAD CHOICE. I now have a Performance Engines TSIO 550 installed. Likely will turn out to be another BAD CHOICE. All that said, the fact you're going without the turbochargers (yes?) I hear the LS series V8's may do well. There is a guy in Eastern Canada who installs them in SeaBees successfully. I don't recall his name but he was doing an install in a Lancair IV recently and he purchased some of the remaining parts I had on hand. Try Googling V8 Seabees and I'll bet you'll find him. I have a good grasp on the problems with the Enginair V8 conversions a few years ago but is there ANYONE out there who has successfully hung one of the GM LS V8 engines on a Lancair IV (or Legacy). Alternatively I was hoping to find anyone who has unsuccessfully done so and is willing to talk about it. Thanks _____ No virus found in this message.
