Sump removal and replacement left a paper towel in the sump that blocked the oil pickup. Hand prop rotation moved some oil because the towel wasn't being drawn up but, when cranking or running the engine, the towel was sucked up into the intake. DUH) Anyway, I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions to make before I go back to the maintenance shop and complain. The engine is a TCM TSIO 550 E1B with an external oil pump with adjustable pressure control. Any thoughts???
