Mine are from kit # 105 from 1987. Just rebuilt them with about 500 hours. I bought the rebuild kit from lance for all cylinders and gear door actuators. You have to be really careful when putting everthing together. I used 220 sand paper and rounded all the sharp edges down everywhere. That reduces the potential of cutting your new tight o rings. I slightly damaged one of the o rings on the nose gear cyl. Of course it started leaking right away. That is the seal on shaft. Replaced it again and is is tight tight tight. No more leaks anywhere...

I've replaced my original L-235 brakes & master cylinders with Matco's later versions.  Most recently I had to overhaul my master cylinders so I purchased 2 new ones.  Some time ago I replaced the calipers with a newer style.
 
My gear actuators are showing signs of leakage and am in process of replacing the left main actuator as it was leaking pretty badly.  I attempted an overhaul myself, but I didn't know all the trade secrets which resulted in my damaging two overhaul kits - thus forcing me to order a new one.  Waiting for UPS as we speak.  Won't be long before I'll have to start replacing the other two as well as the gear door actuators.  Mine are from kit number 077 and have been flying on my plane since '97 with over 1500 hours on 'em.
 
Would love to do a fly-in sometime.  My latest gig keeps me busy enough that I can't get away for long.  Flying a GV out of VNY for an equities firm, and we're on a short string.

They looked at my original brakes and strongly recommended I replace the calipers completely. I thought it was a bit of a sales pitch but the new stuff they sell is much much better. Really nice. They have made many improvements.

Remember, a brake failure could cost an airplane as they stop and steer ...

Looking for 2 or 3 Matco 8.625" hydraulic gear actuators for my old Lancair-235/320.  Just sprung a leak in one and expecting the others may start leaking soon so want to be prepared.  I've ordered overhaul kits just in case, but would prefer to have fully assembled actuators standing by for the inevitable.
