Poor electrical connections - especially ground. 2. The MAP sensor has a dense metal "filter" imbedded in the mounting block to suppress instant fluctuations in the pressure. Eventually this filter can become plugged giving peculiar results. It can be cleaned by soaking it overnight in something like injector cleaner. 3.
