I have another reason to buy Lightspeed headsets. (Aside from their obvious quality)

My refurbed 25XL headset (Xmas present several years ago) developed gooey stirrups around the earcups. I called Lightspeed, thinking I should buy replacements. I wasn't given the chance. They sent me new ones, FREE, and immediately. (Instructions included)
