My Plenum is very close to the engine. Its just about level with the spark plug leads. I cant image this being an issue. The cowl is so close to it that I dont have anymore room anyway.

Mark, there's the answer I would love to see on the Legacy (versus the engine plenum). I hate tweaking baffling all the time but it has paid off. Your solution looks better. No idea if io-550 would work but I like the concept.
