 68 is old?

I just joined the UFO (United Flying Octogenarians).  If interested in the
aging topic, check out Dr. Janet Lapp's (68 year old bonanza instructor)
book with CME pilot Loren Sheren, M.D. "Keep Young and Fly Forever."   As
long as you do your brain aerobics and physical aerobics, you should be able
to keep young.  For further study look into www.positscience.com and
www.sharpbrains.com.  At these web sites you can learn about the science of
brain fitness and how to improve your brains speed of reaction, increase
peripheral vision, improve memory, grow new brain cells and connections, and
improve other cognitive functions. You must realize that to improve brain
functions, like learning to play an musical instrument, a minimum of 30
hours working at the task is required to see permanent brain changes.
