No Kevin, I'm not putting a lavatory on my plane, but if I decide to, I'll run the spec's by you since you seam to be the expert in this field.The Wright Brothers started this industry off with bicycle parts, one has to start somewhere.
Here is a dump valve from a DC-11, after a crash, basically the same design, only it has a motorize actuator, also it can can be activated manually.
I put in a request to ITT Aerospace to see if they have something better suited for smaller GA planes.

If I had a way to drain the fuel before crashing, I would get the tanks as dry as possible. A couple ounces of gasoline trapped somewhere in the tank would be plenty to make the space fuel rich. Rob, interesting info. So sounds like if you do have a quick drain, you don't want to completely empty it. I have no idea how to build a quick drain that would not create some leakage risk. sounds like you are in this business?
