Adding rudder pedals to the rt side is easy.  Run a 2nd set of full length cables from the rudder post inPE tubing just like the left side.  The hardest part will be adding hard point for the rudder pedals.  I believe rudder pedal kits are still available at Aircraft Components.

Rudder pedals on the right side is a good item to have in the event the left side pilot becomes incapacitated, then the right side passenger has more of an opportunity to land safely.

Subject: [LML] lancair 360 training and retrofitting right side rudder

As a low time 172 pilot I have looked at hpat for training in my 360 which I hope will be finished by early summer of 2011.
Geees was I shocked. First, no way would I attempt to do the maiden voyage or fly the 25hrs of restriction time with my
experiance which brings me to hpat. Second, the hpat rep tells me he has to train me in my airplane which is not complete
and he has to have rudder pedals on the right side which I did not install.

So what it looks like is I will need hpat to fly the 25hrs off and retrofit the right side pedals which look to be all but impossible
and then train me.Please give me your thoughts or ideas on this situation.
