You don't need HPAT to fly off the 25 hours. You can hire an= y test pilot you feel is competent to do the flights in your airplane. Make= sure you insurance company will approve him as well. =A0I had a friend of = mine do the first flight and all the fly off in my plane. He doesn't wo= rk for HPAT and is not an instructor but he does have about 900 hrs in the = 360 series. My insurance was fine with him and so was I.=A0

Putting in rudder pedals on the copilot side might be a= lot of work after you the fact. If your still building put them in NOW>=
