The pressure is 21bar. Use nitrogen to refill or go to a cycle shop and buy a high pressure pump
(get the good one with the no loss valve!! like following:

I have my pump in the first aid box
If you want to change or refill the oil you'll need special tools. So better ask Tim if refilling the air doesn't help.
