I live in Niagara Falls, Canada and I don't know of any free electronic approach plates.  I would be happy to fax you any you would require for Ontario.

Subject: [LML] Canadian Approach Plates

I have a quick trip to Toronto City Centre Bishop (CYTZ) early next week.  I can’t find a site for downloading approach plates.  Does anyone have one or know where to go?  Your help is appreciated.  The local FBOs here don’t have the charts.
