Problem # 1 was that the horizontal attach hard point to = the tunnel had delaminated, due to wear and pressure and also I'm sure, = an inferior bonding of the hard point by me. The 2nd problem is that the bolt that holds the top of the over-center = link in place was greased according to plans, but there is absolutely no = way to grease it again without dismantling the entire unit.The grease = after 15years and 1200 hours had become quite hard and was no longer = doing anything except making the over-center link harder to move.
