Giuseppe,

More importantly you should verify that the entire fuel system can handle MOGAS.  Wing/header fuel tank sealer, material used to bond bottom skin to wing (and header to deck), fuel cap o-rings, drain o-rings, selector seals (if used), gascolator and/or filter, non-teflon flexible fuel lines, sight gauge lines (if any), header float switches (if any), carb/throttle body, fuel transfer pumps, etc.

Vapor lock is more likely to occur firewall forward because of heat.  Else where it can occur from heat or altitude (reduced ambient pressure).

Did someone use Mogas on Lancair 235 with O235?
I asked Petersen and they can give me an engine STC but they told me I should verify if the airframe is compatible, expecially about vapor lock.
Thanks
