I have 950TT on my IV and had to repaint the leading edges twice.  In fact I have 2 Vr- one for rotation on takeoff and one = for in-flight rain- I slow to 160 KIAS for any significant rain.  The = purpose of this post is that I am wondering if the tape slows the airplane down = and if I wanted to put it on for the first time how do I align the = tape
