Jeppesen has jumped into the iPad App business.  Granted the App is new and has a few bugs, but if you want the Jepp charts your wait is over.  For a basic EFB it's really good.  It doesn't have all the bells and whistles that Foreflight has, but the initial release is just for displaying charts.  If you already have a Jepp View subscription, you won't have to pay any additional fee to get the charts.  All that is required is for you to input your JeppView Serial Number for your current subscription and it downloads all of the charts in your subscription.  
I have Foreflight, Flight Guide and Jepp. on my iPad.  Each of them has their benefits.  If you are looking for best bang for the buck, Foreflight is still way ahead of all the others so far plus it's only $80/yr for the charts.
