In fact I have 2 Vr- one for rotation on takeoff and one for in-flight rain- I slow to 160 KIAS for any significant rain. The purpose of this post is that I am wondering if the tape slows the airplane down and if I wanted to put it on for the first time how do I align the tape? I thought about using a laser but the wing washout may work against that. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
