Sorry I missed your original post.  The same thing happened to me.  I had the fast build engine option and it turns out the lock nut was not torqued properly and the probe slipped out an inch or so causing a few hundred degree disparity between the two TIT's.

Turns out the problem was due to the TIT probe sensor starting to slip out of the lock nut on T1. Safety wired the sensor to the turbo housing and temps are now within 20F.
