Watch that pump, but try leaning the mixture and keep your prop at 2300-200 on decent-to landing. If you need to go around, calmly bring everything up....prop, gas, power, prop, wheels & flaps. I had high pressures when I used to flatten pitch and keep mixture rich for a go-around precaution.
Let me know if that solves it. If not, you may have a faulty fuel pump.
